We want to be a true business partner with you by being proactive to your business needs, introducing new technology that can assist you as you plan to improve processes and keeping you informed on the latest information for your Microsoft Dynamics GP or Intacct solution.

Customer Support Desk

RG Connect

RG Connect is an annual day-long customer conference held in Seattle specifically for The Resource Group customers. Each year, more than 125 Microsoft Dynamics GP customers attend this event to network with peers, see the latest technology from Microsoft and its Partners, and most importantly learn how to use their system better. RG Connect has more than 20 concurrent sessions throughout the day exploring how to use your Microsoft Dynamics GP and Intacct financial system to its fullest potential. Microsoft provides a self-help website called CustomerSource. The website offers Microsoft Dynamics customers with detailed information including:
