Renton, Wash. – The Resource Group will participate in a Dynamics GP User Group (GPUG) meeting in Portland, Ore., on May 17. The inaugural GPUG Portland Regional Chapter Meeting will take place from 8:30 am to noon at the Microsoft Portland Office. Based in Renton, Wash., The Resource Group is a leading provider of ERP and Business Analytics solutions helping customers gain valuable business insight.
GPUG is an independent group of companies interested in optimizing their usage of Microsoft Dynamics® GP. These users connect through conferences, virtual tools and programs in an effort to share knowledge and best practices. The Resource Group decided to participate in a meeting in Portland after identifying a need in the region amongst their customer base.
“We are excited to assist in helping the Portland Microsoft Dynamics GP customers build their own Regional Chapter so they can participate in educational and networking opportunities among fellow Microsoft Dynamics GP users,” said Marty Schillaci, CEO of The Resource Group. “It is a great opportunity to connect with the Portland Microsoft Dynamics GP community, and we look forward to this event.”
The meeting is open to all users of Microsoft Dynamics GP as well as members of the GPUG Partner Program provided they are accompanied by a customer. Topics for discussion will include Month End Close Best Practices. A networking lunch will be held at the Bridge Port Brewing Company following the meeting. The cost of the event is $20 for basic GPUG members. The event is free for premium GPUG members. Registration is required.
