The Resource Group is a leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics® GP (formerly, Great Plains) working to help customers utilize their accounting software solution to gain business insight and manage their businesses more efficiently and effectively.
The Resource Group’s Help Desk Support Plan is a tiered program offering three levels of support services including support hours, training classes and operational reviews for their Microsoft Dynamics GP solution. The annual plan covers items such as troubleshooting issues, as well as corrections to reports, screens, inquiries, configurations or other deliverables provided by The Resource Group. In addition, support plan users will receive passes to RG Connect, The Resource Group’s annual Microsoft Dynamics GP Customer Conference held in Seattle.
