The enhancement allows Microsoft Dynamics GP users to filter the list of credit card receipts displayed in the Bank Deposit window by credit card type.
RENTON, WASH. – The Resource Group recently released an enhancement for Microsoft Dynamics® GP designed to sort credit cards by credit card type. Based in Renton, Wash., The Resource Group helps clients improve business processes, overcome challenges during growth and connect disparate business systems by implementing Microsoft Dynamics GP and Intacct accounting software.
The enhancement, called Bank Deposit Sort by Credit Card, is designed to make the process of reconciling credit card statements within Microsoft Dynamics GP less time consuming by allowing the user to sort by credit card type. The Resource Group modified the Bank Deposit window to display by the name of the card, for example, American Express, Visa and Master Card.
"As more and more consumers pay with credits cards, businesses are faced with a growing number of credit card receipts. And when those receipts appear in Microsoft Dynamics GP they are not in specific order, which makes reconciling credit card statements time consuming," said Marty Schillaci, CEO of The Resource Group. "The Resource Group identified a growing need and created the Bank Deposit Sort by Credit Card enhancement, which streamlines the process of reconciling credit card statements by providing a way to sort by the actual credit card carrier."
